InteriofyLiving, a UAE-born and based furniture retail and e-commerce company operating under INTERIOFY SPACE L.L.C, offers the ultimate Total Home Experience and is dedicated to providing Unique & Trending Home Fashion while making a positive impact on the world.

The website, www.interiofyliving.com, facilitates delivery of home and lifestyle products within the UAE and is owned and operated by INTERIOFY SPACE L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates.


RETURNS

At InteriofyLiving, we offer FREE return collection for all unwanted items eligible for return. Please ensure to check the return eligibility on each product page (under the “Return” tab) before placing your order to avoid inconvenience.

Upon receiving your order, please unwrap and inspect the items carefully. Follow any instructions provided for safe placement and installation.

Note: Not all products currently include assembly brochures. We are working to ensure future products include these materials. In the meantime, our customer service team is here to help with any assembly queries.

Important:
If you placed an order with a specific delivery window and then requested early delivery or chose to cancel during that time, your order will not be eligible for cancellation or refund. However, you may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.


RETURN TIMESCALE

You may request a return within 2–3 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return.
Once approved, the item will be picked up from your address within 2–3 working days.


REFUND TIMESCALE

Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 working days once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

  • Card or Installment (Tabby or Tamara) Payments: Refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Cash on Delivery or POS (Card on Delivery): Refunds will be issued as store credit to your InteriofyLiving account for future purchases.

RETURNING DAMAGED ITEMS

Inspect your item thoroughly upon delivery. If the item is damaged or marked, it must be reported on the same day of delivery and returned in its original packaging.

Once reported, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost. If the item is not packed in its original box, the return or replacement may be rejected.

If you’re unable to inspect the item on delivery day, please inform us ahead of time about your preferred inspection window.

Note: Damage caused by mishandling or failure to follow placement instructions is not covered under this policy.


UNSATISFIED WITH PRODUCT QUALITY?

If you are unhappy with the quality of your item:

  • We will collect and either fully refund or replace it with the same or a similar model.
  • Replacements will not be issued more than once for repeated issues.
  • Returns will be honored at no cost to the customer, with a refund or store credit issued.
  • Our goal is to maintain high product standards, though minor industry-related flaws may occasionally occur.

DISCLAIMERS

  • Our delivery and collection services are doorstep-only. Some partner couriers may remove packaging upon request; however, this is not guaranteed.
  • Please retain the original packaging until you are sure the item meets your expectations. Returns without original packaging may be rejected or incur deductions.

INTERIOFY SPACE L.L.C is not liable for:

  • Special, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss or damage to other property
  • Personal injury
  • Costs associated with misuse or incorrect installation
  • The company’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

DAMAGE CLAIMS & EVIDENCE

In case of a damage claim due to incorrect installation or mounting (e.g., mirrors or wall art), customers must submit clear photographic evidence, including:

  • Front and back images/videos of the damaged item
  • The mounting hook/screw used
  • A full view of the wall where the item was installed

All damage must be reported on the same day of delivery or discovery. Failing to do so may result in rejection of your claim.
